Matt, I got to give you credit for looking out for all of your investers
not many people would do what u just offered to do for them to help recoop some funds , i thought i would give you my 2cents i have done more research on razor poker then any one & that i know for a fact does not realy say mutch since iam still $5,800.00 in the hole before selling the goodstuff
i thought your offer was a good offer if it was me i would agree to go with your offer .

as for the paypal fees if your investers paid you by paypal when you give them their cut back you can click on refund & give them a partial refund & it will help with your paypal fees & credit you back the difference in the transaction i was not shure if you knew that .

i myself decided last night that we needed to move some the common autos asap since i went on a spending spree yesturday buying a 1500 count jersey lot & anouther large collection , my wife is freaking out !!!!!! when she seen i hit the credit cards for over $10,000

anyway i thought i would give you some insite on saving on the paypal fees
i seen the cases u busted they were the worst i have seen in a while

Louie

With the remaining auctions ending tonight from the first round of listings, it's not looking very good. What's left for tonight are a lot of dual autos and 6 game used autos which should continue to be bid on.

Currently, we have sales equaling close to $1800 counting what the remaining auctions are at before they have ended. This will represent selling 164 of the 300 cards and the best of what we have, not including the Quads, which won't sell because of the high BIN. (We will need to relist these with a different price or strategy).

Most of the singles sold for less than $5.00. In fact, 82 have sold for less than $5 with an average of around $3.50. We need to decide if we want to list the remaining cards tonight.

We have 132 more cards to sell, (not counting the 2 quads). Of these 132, there are 2 sp /200 that are the same, (Mike Matusow), and 4 dual autos, (none of which are sp).

I want to see what you guys think of this:

I will buy all of the remaining single autos for $5.00 each...126 @ 5 = 530
(right now they are averaging $3.50 each and we have to pay a lot of fees)

I will buy the 4 duals for $25 each...4 @ 25 = 100
(they won't bring this much if we relist unless we get very, very lucky)

I will buy the 2 sp/200 for $30 each...2 @ 30 = 60
(the 3 we have sold so far went for $26.50, $22, and $20.50)

This will give us an additional $690 without paying fees.

I think we need to relist the quads and possibly the 2 sp/200 and 4 duals if you think we can make more.

I'm proposing this because I don't think listing these will equal even close to this much. We would be saving on Ebay fees, Paypal, shipping, and supply fees. I would end up with a bunch of cards that aren't worth much right now, but might be worth a little more later down the road.

I don't want to do anything unethical here. So I will be more than happy to list each of these if that's what the group wants. I just want to see us get back as much money as we possibly can, and I don't think listing these lesser cards now will do that.

I could refund everyone's share by Friday as well as most of the people have already paid for the cards they have won, and I don't see it being a problem with anyone else. (This is of course if we sell the quads)

Let me know what you guys think. I'm sorry I don't have better news.

Deepest sympanthies but warmest regards,

Matt

Matt - has a decision been made regarding the leftover cards?

My position/vote is that you can purchase the cards as you described. I also think we should sell the 2 quads to Coaltown for $100 ea., assuming he still wants to purchase them. If not maybe you can list them Thursday evening for 5 or 7 day auction at .99 cents. Seems like sales/bidding activity are better during the week than on Sundays, at least for right now.

Would like to see this come to a conclusion. Thanks again for doing the break and all of your hard work.

I think the quads should be listed for $0.99 and let them run

I will list the quads tonight for .99 and let them run. 5 or 7 days? As soon as they are paid for, I will refund everyone what's owed. I will also give an update tonight on exactly where we are at with all of this. It's better than I thought it would be after busting those terrible cases, but still not great.

Sounds good Matt. I am fine with 5 day or 7 day auctions on the quads.

How about I do 5 days, and then hopefully get everyone their money back by weeks end next week?
