I would most likely be interested in doing the 5 case break if there were 5 people to go around. If the class is still slumping by christmas...I really hope that isn't the case, but if so we should probably sit on the cards for a bit, just personal opinion. Staal, Malkin, and Radulov should be able to get their games on track, because Stastny and Kessel have been bearing the weight so far...I have no idea how Kopitar is doing. Thats with the level 1 guys...level 2 guys are slacking too, like Stafford and Latendresse.

I would also be interested in doing a group break on some different products as well, maybe some UD series 1 hockey. Have any of you seen the patches coming out of that set??? They are amazing!

But I'm in on a case!

BTW- I just got kicked in the nuts with a Radulov RC Patch Auto /99. Originally sold it for 510, but the buyer got in a car accident and he decided that he could not pay for the card...so I relisted and lost $70 on the card. I attribute this to an auction ending on Tuesday (my bad). I'm only ending my auctions late on Sunday night from now on!

i was watching your card and can't believe it ended as low as it did. tough break.. jsut another thing to keep in mind as well, your auction ended approx 10-1030pm...try to time it so that it ends during primetime... anywhere b/w 700pm-900pm you might see a difference... but thats just my experience. that 10 cents to start the auction at a certain time might turn out to be worth it.

but then again if late sunday has been working .. keep doin it

The price has gone up about 100 dollars in the past two days for a case. If the price goes up anymore I would suggest looking elsewhere to another product for a multiple case break. I might actually go in on a UD series 1 case. I'm not sure though.

Funny story...I bought a couple of packs of 07-08 Fleer Ultra and opened them hastly in my car on Monday. My girlfriend looked through the packs yesterday and asked me if I knew that I pulled this card. This card turned out to be a Fresh Ink Henrik Zetterberg. I was so intent on looking for the patch or jersey card that I totally over looked the auto!!! Next time I won't be in such a hurry.

I'm not having much luck selling anything from The Cup. I don't see much profit sharing unless we got "the hit" out of the 5 cases. Blowouts got the cases going for $1950 (minus the discount Chris will give us) right now and if I am counting right, I do not think they have more than 3 cases total unless they have recieved more lately. I think Chris had 6 cases left when I bought my case. So that is 5 left minus the two group breaks. That would make it three. With the price increase of the case there may be only 3 cases left. And some guys on the board have bought their own cases as well. Depending on where they got them from....I don't know.

O boy it's dropped to $1900.00. I'm just wondering why bother buying any cases to do with sports. It looks like the non-sports cards are the way to go this year. But by the time we decide on a group break or group shares the companies will water down these products or the writers will kill off some of the main characters in the shows. Wait just a minute the writers can't kill off anybody just yet they are on strike. They will kill off some characters that didn't support them while they were on strike.

I think that the price has gone up too high on 06-07 the Cup. Almost to the point where it might be more worth it to go to 05-06 The Cup. It's a bigger risk, but bigger reward!
