A. Have the auctions end earlier if spacing them 5 minutes apart. Auctions ending after 12:30 east and 11:30 Central is way too late for some of us.
B. Ask for payment the day after auction ends. Once hte final value for each auction is declared everyone should know to go and see how much they owe if they do not know already and pay.

Those are my thoughts. I really do not want to sound critical but when you buy something at auction you like to know what it is. Unless you are into 3 day wait grab bags.
Agree - a few lessons learned for sure! I should have spelled out (a) probably break time, due date, etc.

And, yes - 11:30 is WAY too late for me as well. 3 young boys has a way of sapping your energy every day!!

Anyway, once the fun begins - nobody will worry! I absolutely LOVE the team breaks. You're never done until the last pack is ripped!

I know where you are coming from TK. I have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old boys and my wife has been in Kuwait since last April. Lets just say I have had a LONGGGGG year. About 80 days to go.

Cubfan....wife is Army?

I am in the Navy, but I spent the last 8 months with the Army in Fort Dix and Afghanistan.

Let's just say I am so thankful, I joined the Navy!!!!

I am sked to deploy again to Kuwait within the year, but if I don't promote to E-8 off the March selection board, I am throwing my retirement papers in to retire in December 2008 with 20 years, 6 months.

Thanks for the support at home. All the servicemembers appreciate the sacrifices you make so we can focus on the job at hand!

Okay...still waiting for one payment. I'm thinking about doing 3 packs at a time, then the A-Rod loader & Boxtopper after each box.

Sound decent?

Also, I'll plan to post in the following format. Obviously, each of the 5 cards per pack will be put in "where it goes". I'm basically going to populate an excel spreadsheet - then cut and paste to each post. Let me know what you think...

Okay - last payment should be in shortly.

By the way - I am still at work. Just the calm before our final storm/flurry of sending out Pension numbers.

Should get started around 9:00 CST. I'll be working to get the kids in bed immediately so there won't be any interruptions.

Grab some popcorn, a beer - and get ready...

She is a Major in the IL Army Natl Guard. I feel for you having to go over there. The army is one of the worst though because of the length of deployment. We are lucky she is only going to be gone a year. The Air Guard guys have it nice. 3 or 6 Month deploys.
