2007-08 Ultimate Basketball Case

Any interest in this? If my math is correct.. there are 3 hits per pack, 12 hits a box. 4 auto cards and 8 jerseys. so, for a case there would be 48 hits plus the base slot (i think there is one base card per pack?)

Cases are going up. There is at least 1 "A" level auto per case(dont know if the 1/1 rule applys to this product like black) . I know I can't host, but wanted to see if there was any interest and to see if someone else might be interested in hosting.. I see it releases on 5/14 now so there would be time to gauge interest and get slots filled. It looks like a good product this year and since its SP'd, its probably a lot better than last years.

Not sure on how the pricing would work as i've never hosted one. (shipping, discount, etc.)

Now we just need someone to host it and calulate the pricing per slot. if the case is roughly 1225$~ for the 48 "hits" it'd be something around 26$ a slot + shipping. But prices fluctuate, so I'm unsure. I dont have enough posts and reputation here so i'd rather not host it. We'd need to do it quickly as it releases soon, and I bet this will go up once people see what will come out of these boxes. There are so many nice inserts this year.

Let me run some #'s tonight when I get home through my break spreadsheet. Very willing to host. #'s look close, think we'd easily be under 30 a slot (48 hit slots and 1 base slot). Does look semi interesting as well with one of the mem slots per box (1:12 odds) being a patch, plus if I read it right, the memorabilia cards are at least duals! 1:4 of the auto's will be a hard signed rookie auto.

I think I was told by the UD Rep that 1 or 2 of the Jerseys would be a Jersey/Auto instead of just a jersey and it would not count toward the guaranteed auto for the pack. He also said there sometimes might be up to 6 auto's for a box since its being SP'd. I got the info from Chris K. and he is the marketing manager for UD basetball but we'll see. I don't have my hopes up for that much but since everything else lately has been OK and they've been pretty spot on, I'll say there will be an average of 5 autos a box.

That would be even better. I'd do the base slot # 1 (which would also get the paralleld base cards), then slots 2-49 would be "hits." Any extra would be distrubuted via random.org at the end of the break. Given how few cards are in Ultimate, I can't seem them adding any additional cards, and really don't see them shorting any either, but you never know. The base cards aren't much, but collectivly its probably the best slot you'd get since the base are all /sn'd and generally sought after by set builders.
