Default Gauging interest in 2004 SP Prospects Group Break

Just gauging interest, just like the 2004 Elite. There are 60 autographs in a box, as well as 24 jersey cards (usually 2 per box), plus base.

I think we could do 73 slots at $30 a slot dlvd. A slot would be an autograph, or a box worth of jerseys, and one would be a slot of base (which has a lot of nice rookies in it).

Thoughts?

I might be interested in either of the two groups. My only question would be, are there redemptions in either product? Cus that would piss me off if I had a slot and hit a redemption that was expired.

I don't remember, does anyone remember redemptions in either of these products?

That and if anyone has any of the hits from either product laying around, could you throw up a scan so we can see what they look like.

This info is from the Jan 2008 Beckett Baseball:

Big hits (prospect wise)all are auto rcs /400 unless noted)
Josh Fields
Homer Bailey
Neil Walker
Phil Hughes
Eric Hurley
Gio Gonzalez
Huston Street
Reid Brignac /325
Y. Gollardo
Hunter Pence /600
Dustin Pedroia
Eric Campbell
Wade Davis /600
Adam Lind
Jacob Mcgee /600
Mark Lowe
Ryan Royster
Jeremy Sowers
T. Everidge

Tons more autos but I chose HBV of $40+. Guess you have to look up those guys on Ebay to see what their cards look like. Sounds like an interesting break. Might have to ride my bike for a week to save up enough $$$ to participate.

This could be a fun break...I would be in for a slot or two.

I am about 99.9% sure the redemptions just expired.

Sorry, forgot to put this on my original post. The only card that Beckett shows as an "EX" is card number 310 Jay Howell AUTO RC /400. It also has an asterisk by it and I'm not sure what that means. Looking thru the rest of the product, Beckett does not denote any other card as an "exchange" or "redemption".
