I was just thinking that there has been no talk yet about putting together a break for this years release of Elite. From what I've read it has been improved over last year. Heres the breakdown of how it would go.

54 Total slots -- At the current price slots are $26.

4 Base slots (3 boxes each)
2 Rookie slots (6 boxes each -- 6 cards)
12 Insert slots (1 per box -- 8-11 cards)
36 Hit slots (Autos/GU)


The product releases on the 11th, so if we can get this filled quickly and all paid up by Sunday, the break should go off on Wed. I know its kind of a short time fram, but I think it can get done. If we can't get it on Wed. no big deal, it just comes in a few days later.

I'll e-mail Chris about the price on this and set slot prices when I hear back from him.

So that took a lot longer to get posted than I was hoping. Waiting to hear back on the price to get a definite slot price. Probably won't happen on Wed as I had hoped, but the sooner we can get this filled, the sooner the break can go down.

Pretty much. I would do less, but the price would be a lot higher if I did less "non-hit" slots. Plus I think that the RC and Insert slots would have a good return value as the both seem to sell well the first week or 2 after the product comes out. If the majority of people would rather have less "non-hit" slots I will cut it down.

I do believe the rookies will be hot pretty much until the start of season, if not longer. It was just the inserts that had me concerned, either way, put me down for 3 slots.

I figure that most of them right out of the gate will sell for $1-3, possibly even more if they are numbered low. So there is a pretty good shot to get your money back and then some. Otherwise if I dropped the number of insert slots down the price per slot would go up around $3-4.
