Default Card Stores In Cooperstown

Im going to Cooperstown next week and this may sound like a silly question but what are the best card stores in the area. The hall of fame will be a must but i would like to pick up some cards while im there. What are the suggestions?

Last time I was there both sides of the entire block where cards stores on the street with the museum. I went to all of them, some were overpriced, some very overpriced. I remember liking the one at the beginning of the street on the right, and one in the middle on the left.

When I went to Cooperstown, right down the street from the hall of fame, there was a decent shop. Decent wax and some decent singles. Most prices are high but you may find a deal or two.

Yastrzemski Sports have the best prices and are willing to haggle a bit on prices and the Coach's Sports Corner across the hallway from them aren't bad but most shops in Cooperstown have crazy prices.

take a "scenic" drive about 45 minutes away and hit up "Southpaw Sports Cards" on RT. 11 in Cicero/N. Syracuse area...Prices are reasonable and competitive w/ the web and some of his older stuff '01-'10" is even cheaper if you catch it at the right time.

What are south paws hours? I live like 20 min from there. And I've been getting sick of all stars at carousel. There prices are outrageous because of congels high rent rates.

All stars stinks but they did have a 50% off everything sale this weekend. I was able to get 2 boxes of '08 bowman for $120. I couldn't pass that up. South Paws hours are hard to explain! Sometimes he opens early and stays late, sometimes not!

I was in C-Town for a baseball tourney 2 weeks ago, theres one by the hall of fame, almost all singles, I didnt like it. Mickeys Place(I think thats what its called) is just a great store. Sells mostly hats. Have a great time, I loved it

The best one in Cooperstown is Yastrzemski Sports. The have the most boxes and packs and a huge selection of singles. He had a huge table filled with singles for under 1 buck. I picked up a Teheran, Minor and Glavine rookies for 1 each. Other places were way overpriced. The guy working was nice too. He knocked off some money for me and my friend, and threw in a bunch of top loaders and sleeves for us.
