Atlanta, GA

Any good stores in the area?

I'll be coming down at the end of October for my cousins wedding and wouldn't mind trying a box or two at a local shop down there.

I know they live in Buckhead and we'll be staying at their house for a day or two before the hotel where the wedding is, but I imagine it will be somewhat near there.

Thanks guys

I have been to Champion Sportscards in Kennesaw and it's pretty good. They have a great selection of boxes and cards at decent prices.

Yea, I go to Champion Sports cards in Kennesaw too. The are REALLY good. They has boxes, and CHEAP supplies. Also a good memorabilia selection. They also do PSA and Signings everyone couple of weeks.

Anyone know of an in-ATL store yet?
I'm really confused as to why we still don't have one. :(

Yeah I'm just as dumfounded too. I know there are a couple in the burbs but they are a pain in the back side to get to if you live in or near the city.

Agreed! I'm in the city and a large detour just for a shop is a pain! They aren't very close :o
I'm wondering how a hobby shop would do in ATL? And wondering why the shops around us don't try to move in to ATL. Maybe not enough interest, or not very safe? Almost tempted to try and run a hobby shop myself lol

Even comic stores are 20+ minutes away, and we hold Dragon-con in downtown ATL!
