Default Card shops in Columbus, OH.

Any good card shops in Columbus? Going to be in Columbus and would like to check out a card shop. Thanks for the help.

Sports Cards

Neuhart Cards (where Bryant Super Auto was pulled)

Haven't heard great things about Mark's (prices) and Hartman's (selection). Neuhart is a member here and seem like they have a good selection of wax, but it's a half hour north of CBus. I haven't really bought wax since I moved here so I can't give a personal recommendation. You might be able to do more research on each shop.

He posted on here that they sell a lot but to not have 1 thing at all to buy other than singles was pretty disappointing.

Weird. I think they have a couple guys (like the guy who pulled the Bryant) who buy everything up. Last time I contacted them about a new release they were sold out as well.

Triple Play in Westerville. Ron is a great owner; known him for over 20 years.

Neuhart Cards has a great selection of singles, most of which are fairly priced. If you're looking for wax, call ahead a few days in advance and let them know what you want. From what I understood, they order a limited quantity unless you ask for it.

I'll be up there as well next weekend. What about Cardboard Heroes? Will be staying downtown so it looks like my two easiest options will be them or Starchild.

Hey everyone I actually work up at Neuharts and was the ugly fat guy in the Kris Bryant Beckett video with Chris Olds. We do sell out of wax almost immediately and we are constantly trying to play a safe balance between enough wax and not having stuff sit up there for way to long. We don't like to order heavy because as you know we can often get boxes here on Blowout at or below cost the day of release and we try to make sure most if not all of our products are priced as close to possible to online retailers. We do try to keep the best single inventory in town and are one of the only shops in town that will look at and possibly buy your collections without first charging you a fee to take a look.

Ron at Triple Play has a great shop and been in the business for years he selection of Vintage will blow us out of the water and we often direct customers his way if they are looking to pick up older stuff Pre 1970's

Hartmans on Morse Rd went through management changes a few years back and seem to be doing good. In the past they have been by far one of the best places to pick up singles to complete sets.

Mark in Grove City has a good selection of both wax and singles I personally have never been out there but plan on taking a trip soon. Heard he likes to chat it up.
