I haven't even eaten all day because my stomach has been killing me. I played hockey this morning for the first time since February.......and boy is it catching up to me. My fingers are sore because I haven't touched a hockey stick in sooo long. I'm hoping my G/F stops at TB after work so she could pick me up some grub before the break

What would your option be to redeeming it? selling it?

Might as well redeem it, they may give you like a blood stained patch or better yet a substitute card.
