Default 07/08 Cup case break

Got a few things from Blowout today...box of 07 Bowman Sterling Baseball (ugh, duplicate autos/relics in the same box...of course not good ones), Cup case, and 07 Bowman Chrome FB case (before the price jump...half the boxes all had Petersen, Russell, and Quinn in the same one...guess I shouldn't complain if I can't make a set, lol). Anyways...

So, the Cup started out pretty strong in tin #1:

My first nonbase Cup Ovie card...4 colors (5 if you count that bizarre stray gold thread) and 08/10

Tin #4...at least my 3rd Orr base (I have to look back but I think that and the Gretzky base were always in the same cases). I really like the four color Bernier.

Tin #5...I've now gotten a scripted swatches redmeption of four of the /99 rookies...done four cases and three group breaks and I don't think any of them have had a regular auto patch of any of the XX/99 rookies

I think you did pretty good!!! Thats probably been the best case of base cards that I've seen.

Tin #6...this kind of took the sting out of things...another great card with a lousy boring patch...I had high hopes for this case after the first pack (it had nothing fancy crazy but solid variation cards)...I had been very satisfied with my previous cases, guess I was due. One thing I've noticed...cases will be loaded with certain subsets...I don't think I've gotten one of those Stanely Cup cards before today...or like I've had cases with a couple Foundations cards in them.

Might,

I think you did very well. That Gagner alone should catch you more than 1 of the tin prices. His cards are sky rocketing right now. His Auto rookie patch is going extremely high right now and upwards to $500 depending on the patch, so very nice hit there. Should get some good money for that Bowman too. And still no matter what the patch....nice Crosby Well done on the case.
