I myself wouldn't pay $800 for the quad patch. But I paid the $329 from Blowout Cards for the Tin and pulled that quad patch and got the $800 for it....lol

I love how the price is dropping on UD the Cup 06/07...You get a great shot for at least (2) $100+ cards a tin....As far as I see, it's the best product out there that gives you a shot to get your money back

have all the "big" cards been pulled? is there still a lot of cards left to plunder? good case to put away, no?

they're still loaded I am sure...u get 2 auto patches a box and only 1 of them is a rookie (which is good), but if u hit the malkin, kopitar, staal or stastny you are set for some big money....you get an additional 2-3 autos or patches/jerseys per tin along with a #d base card (hit the crosby or gretzky your in good shape)....I think this is a steal for the price of the tin...this is the 2nd best rookie class (after 05/06) that has come along in the past 5 years or so...id put a case away for sure if you have the dough

Well,

My Ovechkin quad patch #'ed 07/10 transaction is officially complete with card shipped and delivered and feedback recieved and returned. Gotta love it.

AO has some hard core collectors. They may have thought the BIN of $800 was better than a bidding duel that could put it past that mark.

Seems like someone out there may be trying to buy all of these cards up.
