2011-12 UD Artifacts box break - uggh

Was down at the LCS today. Couldn't decide between Artifacts or Certified, but decided to go with Artifacts due to my lack of trust in anything panini puts out hockey-wise. Not glad I did. Here's the damage. All ft/FS if anyones interested.

Legend/999: Larry Robinson

Rookie/999: andrei zubarev, cam talbot.

Good to know I'm not alone. I'm also getting really sick of Upper Deck putting out these crap products. This box put my losing streak with UD boxes at 9. Only problem is Panini isn't much better. I guess we'll have to wait until topps starts making hockey again, or buy itg!

Artifacts is $90, it's not going to be amazing every time. You get what you pay for. If you want a foolproof box go with Dominion or the Cup, but Artifacts and Certified aren't really guaranteeing you anything great. That's why it's >$100. Upper Deck does hockey the best, Panini is nipping at the heels, you just had bad luck with the box. Try some Certified or Limited when it comes out.

I've said it before and once again this proves the theory that Artifacts is loaded with $2-$5 Autos' You will pull some nice patch cards however the majority will get you $15-$20 on Ebay, I know as I have been buying plenty, really like the Emerald Base Jersey/Patch cards, especially for the price they go for!

Being a Ducks fan I would have been totally happy with that box. I seem to always pull Bruins. LOL. I think they purposely ship to the wrong sides of the U.S. so everything ends up back in the market.

I'd be interested in the Ducks, but I've never traded on here so I'm not entirely sure what to do.

Not too sure about your conspiracy theory on shipping. Although it would explain why I'm always pulling Canucks and Flames and never pulling Leafs .
