Is it time to start discussing the best hockey product to ever grace the hobby? It hits in almost exactly a month, and I have arranged to purchase my first EVER box. I sold a card last night, $450 on eBay, and I will be putting that towards a box of the Cup.

Little needs to be said about this set, it's annually the best single set in any sport imo, it's good for the hobby because it is spurring other companies to follow suit and make ultra high end sets (i.e. Panini Dominion).

For any and all of you that have busted this product, please show me your best ever hits out of the Cup, to fuel this fire that I have right now. I have $400 sitting in my PayPal for September 11th, so now it's just time to re-live past awesome cards and experiences.

So sick. What were the variations? That one is #'d /99. Weren't there some lower??? FIRST TIMER here. Also have a solid Stella Artois buzz rolling so my trouser tent for the Cup is pretty substantial right now.

for a product that's supposed to come out Sep. 11th, I can't find it anywhere for pre-sell online. i'm debating on a case or two for this as it's one of my favorite breaks of the year.

Not the biggest hit but some nasty patch.

Again, some of the sickest cards I've ever seen. And if anyone knows where to pre-order a single box, I'd be thrilled to know. Because I'm semi freaking out as I can't find it anywhere online to preorder. Keep the huge hits coming! They all look amazing.

Love that Yzerman... how much did you get for it? I got the Zetterberg. Ordered 2 cases already maybe getting 2 more I will see about them after words.

can't wait! I too will be buying my first box(Possibly case) of The Cup. Most likely will just go with one or two and save the rest for singles.

Matt Read and Sean Couter will be on my radar! If ANYONE pulls a RPA, Patch, Dual Patch auto(I hope theres a dual of them), or Shield LMK! Will also be giving a finders fee for 1/1s, Shields, or any that have a filthy patch!

Also cant wait for (i believe its called) Dominion? Remembering seeing a few early pictures on the product and boy do they look nice. Big fan of jumbo patches and by far the nastiest hockey patches i've seen. Dig the one with laces in it!

I cannot wait for this to come out again. There are so many nice hockey sets coming out from Upper Deck (The Cup) Panini (Prime and Dominion) and In The Game. I can't wait
