Cornucopia Promo Box of ITG Captain C

I won this box in the Thanksgiving Cornucopia and just got around to busting it. I only collect baseball and don't know much of anything about baseball cards. Considering I recognize some of these names, I believe I did fairly well but I'd be interested to hear from the experts. Here are the goods:
