So after deciding to start collect hockey full time again i went ahead and ordered to boxes from Blowout. One 12/13 Certified and went with one 11/12 Rookie Anthology hoping to hit some Carl Hagelin for the Rangers PC. Well didnt get any Hagelins but i did get a nice welcome back present but of course its damaged.

Certified: Nice start always fin to get a PC pull especially being the first Hockey break ive done in a long time

yeah plan on calling tomorrow and seeing what i can do only thing ill be ok with is getting a new one of the same card or another RNH auto if they dont have another of that one

yeah just called and was told they dont have any of that card and there is no guarantee i will get another RNH auto so not sure what i should do

Don't deal with those clowns on the customer service lines, go straight to the guy on twitter-- @PaniniCSM or maybe even @PaniniPuck. But I worked with @PaniniCSM getting a Stamkos replaced, I got a Private Signings to replace a Crown Royale auto that was apparently never even made. He was quick, courteous, and extremely eager to help me. I urge you to get in touch with him if you have a twitter. If you don't, make an account, and get in touch with him. He's refreshing. The CS reps they put on the phones don't have a fricking clue.

That's entirely too nice of a card and too huge of a hit (probably a short print run) to get screwed by their error. That side of the hobby really gets on my nerves. If you do something wrong in any other line of work you have to take responsibility for it. The CS reps saying, "Sorry, can't guarantee anything" is indicative of someone whose been told to answer the phones and do as little for the customer as possible. Don't deal with the mouth-breathing phone reps.
