Crosby Ultra Jackpot

Hey all, I was at my Wal-Mart and I was lucky to find an Ultra hockey fat pack with a Crosby Team Leader.

I grabbed it figuring I could at least get a few bucks for it. When I opened the pack, there was a Crosby All Star insert too!

Neither are for sale or trade at this time.

OMG..if that isnt the ugliest uniform I've ever seen..maybe its a good thing I missed that all-star game! Even my beloved redwings would look like crap in that outfit.

now don't get me wrong here since I enjoy a little comical jab about things like this, but isn't pretty much everything in this thread what everyone is complaining that the "new" people are doing? please don't all get up in arms about me saying that, but it just seems like similar things are happening elsewhere and people get their panties in a bunch about it. and by no means am I comparing this to the "waxpax" situation.

and yea, that was probably the worst all-star uniform ever

Don't think so. I'll post my crummy pack, box and case breaks too. If everyone wants to get their panties in a wad about a post, fine, but I don't think this one is it.

I'll keep my hits to myself from now on. Sorry to bother anyone here.

Thats not what i meant, your post about the cards is fine, thats actually the kind of thing I and I assume most people like seeing and reading about, I was referring to the follow up posts that went on that in other threads would get ridiculed. Don't stop post on account of what I said, because it truly wasn't intended to be towards you. Like I said before, this thread is nothing in comparison to the other threads that are causing people to get all sorts of upset, I was just trying to prove a semi point that its not just the new people that get things off topic all the time. And again I don't mind seeing topics get taken on a comical track, I just don't think there should be a double standard when it comes to new member vs old member.

The powder blue jerseys are probably my favorite pen's jersey of all time. I wouldn't trade in the black and gold for it, but they just look great when you watch the old videos of the team, its just too bad that they were awful until '80 or so.

This is how I figure things. I'm a tax attorney, which means I deal with the IRS and their officers every day, not just once or twice a year like most people, so I figure if I get a good hit, even if its a pair of $20 insert cards from a $3 pack, I'd like to share it.

I've broken cases from Blowout and elsewhere and often times I haven't been as cranked as I was on this pack.

Sorry if I offended anyone, I didn't know baseball cards got this serious.

I sincerely apologize if what I wrote bothered you. It was honestly not directed toward anyone in general. Like I said before, I am here to share my boxes no matter how good or bad, and read about other peoples boxes. I don't want to burn any bridges by posting what I did, I just want to make a point, thats all. Not offend anyone.
