this coming from the guy that says The Cup should not come out this year....if it wasnt for The Cup...the hockey market would be dead...and compared to other sports hockey has much fewer brands in the sports card industry

ummm if i remember the beckett this month or last...all of the Upper deck SP products were shooting up...literally litlle black triangles on pages of upper deck so how is it that hockey prices aren't going up alotofcards?

ok here's my dilemma, buy a box of the black or a tin of the cup....i'm not sure UD black basketball the first year was great...now they r coming out with it for all sports,and that scares me!any comments would be great!

You think the hockey black will go out just like the basketball black or you think that was only cause the guaranteed A class auto.

I think a 10 box case of basketball gauranteed two class A autos. I would hope they did that with hockey, too.

People I think should be in group A:
Sidney Crosby
Wayne Gretzky (did anyone watch the draft...he's looking old!!!)
Alexander Ovechkin
Gordie Howe
Bobby Orr
Paul Stastny
Evgeni Malkin
Jonathan Toews

If you throw him in there you might as well throw in Lecavalier cause he is better.

At least Gretzky isn't getting surgery done.....yet!

I put him there because of some younger talent...

I like the UD Black cards (well excepts for the 2nd wave of basketball). I think this one looks a tad bit better. Hell you get 4 cards instead of two! lol It's already an improvement!

True but with no class A cards I doubt it will help.
