Topps has their head so far up their own butt that they can not even find the front door - they are a far worse company to deal with than UD - go ask all of the Chrome breakers and the TTT breakers what they thing of Topps - they were not even at the national show - they could screw up ice water

There are three companies (Topps, ITG, Donruss) poised to enter the market if the NHL gets its head out of its arse and does not re-sign the Upper Deck exclusive.

yeah, that is pretty bad considering that this stuff was suppose to be hand collated. i would try one more time to see what they can do to make it right but i have a feeling you won't be getting much back from them
