Upper Deck is terrible!

I bought a box of the Cup at a local card show about a month and a half ago. I opened it to find 3 base cards, a Gagne base jersey #/25, and a TJ Hensick single color ARP. The absolute worst box of the Cup Ive ever seen. So I sent UD the packaging, a note, my receipt, etc, etc,... as I have done several times. I got a package in the mail today. Inside was a note which basically stated that all of their cards are "based on odds" and "on average". That is a bunch of crap because the packages states 2 autographs guaranteed! However, all was not lost. The fine folks at UD included 1 pack of 2008 Upper Deck Series 2 hockey. Thats right, 1 pack of a low end product. Imagine my excitement. So does anyone know if this is worth following up on, or should a take my loss and shut up? Any contact info would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

Call and ask to speak with a supervisor and voice your displeasure. Tell them you are insulted by the slap in the face with them sending you a pack of UD2.

Sorry, I don't have any advice I just wanted to voice my disgust over the situation. They make tons of money off of these products why can't they send a customer one decent card to keep them happy? I've thought about quitting buying upper deck before just because a lot of times they're boxes are full of junk and you may get lucky and get a super nice card but the odds of that happening are slim. I think now I am really done with them. Good luck man, this really makes me mad, donruss all the way!

ya your screwed, UD Customer Service has gone down hill while they are working on their new "redemption" website...I feel your pain though, so far in the $100 worth of stuff they sent me, I have made $32...was there at least a patch in the pack?

Topps rocks, from what I hear (have never dealt with UD) UD stinks....just stick to Topps. I know it stinks since hockey is UD exclusive, so just buy singles and wait until the NHL signs with Topps.

No patch. Not even a young guns or an insert. Best card was a Gaborik base. Definitely makes up for the other autograph patch I should have received.
