Im thinking the print run on ultimate is very low. The 99s and shields are being pulled a lot faster than last year.

too lazy to do the math but shouldn't be too hard to calculate the odds since every card is numbered.

Iirc last year was about one per thirty cases. 99s were about one per three cases last year. Now it seems like a bit more than one on two cases.

Well, there are a lot more shields inserted this year. Not sure if it is the same number of /99 rookies or not. Last year it seemed like many more rookie shields were pulled initially compared to veterans.
