How long does UD usually take for redemption replacements?

I pulled a Trilogy Hockey redemption for a dual autograph /99 and entered the code on 4/28/2007, after waiting 18 months I finally gave up and requested a replacement and the card status was changed to "Replacement Requested" on 10/29/2008, 45 days later there is no change.
What really annoys me is that the autos for Trilogy were sticker autos and I have seen UD autos from both players in subsequent sets so I can't see why they couldn't have made and sent the original card ages ago or why a replacement would take so long when they just have to pick something from their existing stock and mail it off. Sadly I still have 3 other redemptions pending that are "only" at 3 months and counting.

That is a long time but UD has had some guys on the waiting list for 3 years or more. Have you tried calling?

I'm in agreement that seeems like a long time. I've got one I'm waiting 5 weeks on (for replacement). I even gave them ideas for replacements when I entered the redemption as I knew it wasnt being made (ashton youboty SS auto).

Well it's just shy of 7 weeks and the status finally changed to:

"Item in process of shipping along with other projects, expect within 14 days"

Now I get to wait and finally see just what kind of craptacular replacement UD has finally sent.

I heard a rumor that UD is cutting costs by paying inmates a few cents per hour to run the entire redemption program. You get your cards as soon as they get released from jail, so some of you guys are going to wait a LONG time... LOL!!!

Mine changed to...figure I'll get the cards in a few days then get the email saying they were shipped!
