Regular Season
Lundqvist 132-78 2.49 GAA, .916 SV%, 19 SO
Fleury 102-83 2.91 GAA, .906 SV%, 14 SO

Lundqvist won a gold medal for Sweden in the olympics, so you put a good squad in front of him he gets the job done.

Lundqvist wakes up every morning and pisses excellence. The idea that you are claiming Fleury is better than Lundqvist is laughable.

You guys are talking about "lock down" goalies in the Eastern Conf., check the stats I think you forgot Thomas, I know the Bruins have been on a slide but it has nothing to do with Tim Thomas. Now Fernandez is another story, but as long as Thomas continues to play money, the Bruins will be tough in the playoffs. Brodeur is still the best, but I think you Pens fans are giving to much credit to Fleury, who has given up a lot of bad goals this year, the Pens are hot now but still winning a lot of "high score" games that will not happen in the playoffs, Bruins will have the best overall record, and hopefully keep it rolling through the Playoffs, it 's been a long time!

Obviously you ignored the question at hand and thus your answer is now disqualified. Regular season means you're good enough to make the playoffs. Excelling in the playoffs means you're good enough help lead your teams towards a championship. Lundqvist is an excellent regular season goalie...kudos to him!

LMAO...I giggled at that one !!!

MAF pisses syrup every morning.........for his French Toast!!!

But what do I know....I'm an Islanders fan!!! My goalie is too busy getting laid and keeps pulling his groin.

Sorry,

The sample size for both goaltenders is too small to draw a conclusion, which is why I went with the regular season stats. I think the olympic gold medal is at the very lease even with the Stanley Cup, if not more impressive.

Stats for olympics, 5-1 2.33 GAA. No save stats available.
