Disappointed to say the least. I've emailed them twice trying to request a replacement for two 09-10 Artifacts rookie redemptions (Michael Del Zotto and Evander Kane). I'd like to have these cards but they've been listed as "in stock, ready to ship" since I redeemed them and it appears they're not going to be sent my way. I don't understand a. why they would say they're in stock and six months later, still nothing and b. why they wouldn't even reply to an email about a replacement. I am high on Upper Deck, I think they do hockey very well, but this was slightly discouraging.

If anyone has any advice for me that'd be greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm waiting on a redemption since 2009, requested a replacement on 10/17/2011 and this is what it says for status:

Replacement Requested 10/27/2011- took them 1 week to get back to me, and 4 days after that to finally put it in.

Good luck...sorry I have no encouraging words
