All of the penalty shots lately? It seems like 1 in every 2 or 3 games has a penalty shot in it. Heck, the boston/winnepeg game had 2 in the first period! Maybe it's just me, but it seems like anything is drawing a penalty shot with the officials this year.

Just coincidence. The ones I have seen were warranted. Nothing more exciting in hockey!

That's the ticket! Both awarded in last nights Bruins/Win. game were pretty borderline IMO, you will not get away with any stick work anymore as you will be called for hooking or interference automatically! But what a beautifull Goal from that sniper Shawn Thornton!
