Default AS skills and AS game review

Couple random thought from the weekend festivities;

1) Carey Price made the best save I've ever seen him make....backwards. Found him to be pretty entertaining the whole weekend actually.

2) 108.8.....fear, thy name is Chara.

3) Hated the new fastest skater track.

4) Laughed pretty hard at the players taking in and singing along to the Drake intermission show.

5) The Slovak connection worked pretty well for team Chara.

What did you guys think about the weekend?

Four straight All-Star Game wins by Tank?

That record will never be broken...

Great weekend in general. Bar is definitely set for other teams hosting. Got some awesome crowds this weekend, even with horrific prices. Hope they host it in Ottawa again.

The whole weekend was pretty awesome, other than those deafening boos to Dion and Kessel

The game could have used a few more goals.

In relation to the other 'quasi' All-Star game (Pro-Bowl) I thought this years NHL event was very well presented! I was very disappointed it was not televised by any of the major networks here in the States, as are all of the other Major sports!

The NHL needs to somehow get this event tied into the Outdoor Classic, as they are really missing the marketing opportunities that event offers, especially with major TV markets.

The skills competition has really been great to watch and adding the "live feed' to on-ice players makes the commentary far more entertaining, and really shows the individuial players personalities. Hockey players are the most down to earth athletes bar none

I thought Kane's goal with the glasses and cape was pretty good
