BTW, its all in good fun. I have been watching the Wings and CBC Hockey Night in Canada for a little over 40 years and I enjoy the great game of hockey. This series can go either way. I personally think it comes down to the goaltending of Osgood. Relax and enjoy the ride.

So based on your predictions so far, I like the Pens in 5 prediction of my own

Wings are hurting too much to sweep and their PK is...well...pathetic right now at 73%. They rolled 4 d'men against Chicago (very few min for the other 2). If they try that against the Pens, I don't think it matters how good Osgood is.

Going to be a good series and damn I can't wait till 8 tonight.

Malkin is the key if they contain him then the wings win. Crosby is a no show tonight so if they are going to win they have to play a team game. The D is hurting a bit but still they should be okay and the Pens power play D is not that good. MAF better not be tired because he is going to get alot of work tonight.

Also word on the street is that Datsyuk may have a broken foot and/or nerve damage. A deep bruise would allow him to respond better on the ice, and from what I have read, that is not happening.

Pens powerplay D had no troubles against Washington

Datsyuk has no showed on the score sheet anyways, still a great presence.

This prediction is coming from a guy who said the pens would be out after the first round. Sooner or later your bound to get one right

Actually said that they wouldn't make the playoffs first. And said he'd put $100 on it, but wouldn't pull the trigger when I said I was game and that the Pens were going to finish 4th or 5th. This coming when they were in 9th/10th (don't remember which).

and a team that beat yours last year and is up 1-0 so far this year. So I will take my small knowledge and be fine with it. Hey Solt you should sign the empty net as it did better than MAF.

Playoff hockey is the best, can't wait til we get the ECHL back this October here in Toledo.
