If I sell an item for exactly $100.00 after eBay and paypal fees , what does my exact take home look like in the end ?

Use the ebay fee calculator... you will see the ebay fees.

Paypal fee is $3.30...3% of transaction and another $.30 for each transaction.

What category are you selling in? Not all categories charge the same percentage.

Is this done BIN, Auction and do you have a store?

Rule of thumb for sales.
15.9% in fees for domestic sales.
16.9% in fees international.

There are ways to do cheaper like auctions or if you qualify for seller discounts but this is about what you can expect to pay.
