Real or fake UD The Cup card patches?

These patches just seem suspicious to me, and everything this seller has is basically a phenomenal patch. Here they are, you tell me what you think...

This is just a patch I can't locate on a Thrashers jersey.

DMITRY KULIKOV 09-10 UD THE CUP RC AUTO PATCH 3CLR #'D 33/249 ROOKIE AUTOGRAPH | eBay

The font on the patch seems too small to fit in the patch square from Cup cards.

Two Marchand shoulder patches? And the one is his jersey numbered card?
C'mon. Plus when looking at his other stuff, he's got a Lucic and a Krejci which are essentially two pieces of the same patch, one left piece one right.

All legit. That seller is easily one of the best in the hobby. In addition to having one of THE best Cup RC sets for every year, he also breaks 50-100 cases each year. His reputation is very well known so when he sold off his sets, all the other big guys bid huge knowing they were getting the best cards from the best seller without having any worries of fake patches.

You should've seen the pile of garbage stacking up on just the last 50 cases he broke, lol. Those were fun times.

First one is from the stick in the logo...

Just the palm tree cropped so close would be about that size, its a pretty tiny detail.

All seem legit to me...

Yeah perfectly original cards un tampered...Ive heard he crack ALOT of product.

I originally questioned a lot about what he sold, he's a semi-regular poster on SCF where he explained and outlined exactly how much he broke and even posted case breaks.. I was amazed. They're legit.

I suspected him of shilling when I saw a Kris Letang Cup ARP go for $800 with 2-3 usernames bidding ~95% on his stuff. Maybe your reason above absolves him from that...
