We are not allowed to post when the Pens are winning, don't you remember?

No, when the Pens win we are not allowed to post but when the Pens are losing we are supposed to post and wine because it's injuries or make up excuses as to why the team is falling apart. Similar to what the Bruins fans are doing now.

My favorite is: They scheduled us on back to back afternoon games and the team is just worn out. (or something to that effect)

Oh...I forgot.

Yeah...I complained that the Bruins had a matinee in Boston on Sat. then had to travel to Pitt. and play another matinee on Sun. with the time change mixed in.

Good all-around game by the Pens last night against the mighty Biron in goal.

I'm actually pulling for the Pens/Flyers right now as I like my Devils sitting right where they are in the #6 seed to face whoever comes out of the SE division in the first round.

Not sure who is going to win the Boston/Ottawa foot race (crawl) at this point but that is looking like another first round match-up.

Pierre McGuire, who sleeps in a Crosby snuggie, called them the best team in the league last nite before the game even started(shocker)..... give them the Cup today, they beat Marty Biron. Going to be tough listening to him all game Sunday.

Kind of funny how weird sh*t like that first goal happens to Biron when he plays the Pens going back to when he was in Philly.

Should be an interesting weekend around here with the schedule....or it could be very quiet should a certain team cough..Pens...cough not do too well :

Sat :
Pens - Devils
Flyers - Bruins

Sun :

Pens - Flyers

BTW - I now know why Pens fans are like they are after listening to their broadcast team during last nights game. It's a lot like some of the posts on here LOL :

"sure we had some lean years and we didn't know if the team would still be here but God really blessed us with those draft picks" They then name some bust the Rangers took the year they drafted Crosby or "Flower". Yeah those were some tough decisions picking first overall

This one was my favorite though, one Cup and it's like they're watching the Oilers dynasty from the late '80s I guess....."it's great watching this team during this GOLDEN ERA of Pens hockey"

I hate when they match dynasties or they talk about what team is the greatest.
If I had to say though, if asked it would be the Canadians of the late 70' s. heck in 77 they were 60 - 8 with 12 ties

I'm a Bruins Fan and feel free to view my post's where I have said numerous times that "I will not use injuries as an excuse" so I would think I'm a Bruins fan who is not doing that now. And we can surely find a certain Pens Fan who when things were not going so well would post each and every injury, almost as they occured Funny how certain fans can get so 'confident' with there posts/comments when there team is winning now, but we all know the real season starts in April

I'm a Bruins fan myself so it's hard for me to "root" for Pittsburgh in any way, but I have Fleury, Neal, and Crosby on my fantasy team.... until the REAL playoffs and not my league's playoffs, I wish them nothing but mostly the best.

Hardly. It was an autodraft, and I'm in 7th/12.

I would have traded Crosby 8 times over but the best offer I got was Teemu Selanne. I gambled, and lost.

That's because you don't have injuries, you have slow and old players who are worn down and giving lackluster effort. Yeah Rask is injured but Rask didn't win you a Stanley Cup. Maybe injuries would help your team because it would allow some players who actually give a solid effort a chance to play.

And BTW, your team is now in 7th place.

I'm a HUGE Bruins fan and right now we are playing terribly. In my opinion, the Penguins (when healthy) are the best team in hockey.

I'm not going to even acknowlwdge such an uneducated post from a Pens Fan, learn a little about the defending Stanley Cup Champs before you make an ass of yourself Once again you prove me right when I comment on how you always post when you are winning and things are going your way, your team will AGAIN give a lackluster effort in the playoffs, and be a first round casualty Good Day

Isn't it amazing how OLD the Bruins are? I mean how has such an OLD team even won one game so far this season? They are so OLD!

Once again, the last time the Pens weren't winning was in 05/06 and this board wasn't even around. Good luck to whatever stiff you have in goal today.

Good to see that you set such a high bar for your team, if you don't Win the Cup I consider any other winning just pedestrian. Yea by the way we played that stiff that Won the Vezina and Cup last year You really do one hell of a job representing the city of Pittsburgh with all of your wisdom
