Huh...wha....did I sleep for one month and the playoffs started already....No?...oh $#!%, you mean to tell me this is yet another thread about one regular season game...oh, yawn....hold on....let me check the boxscore....yep, very flat effort by the Devils today, game would have been worse if not for Brodeur.....Devs still in 6th, good...Philly/Pitt beeating tar out of each other in first round still on schedule....check....all good.

Sorry if I see out of it, today's St. Patrick's Day, and well, that reminds me;

How to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in;

Boston--- Drive over to Lowell hockey arena. Consume mass quantities of Newcastle, Guiness, and whiskey. Watch 4 hour concert of Frank Turner and the Dropkick Murphys. Watch crowd surfing females lose their shirts. Chat with Frank Turner. Return home, repeat mass consumption. (At least that was me today).

Philly--- Drink green beer and consume bottle of Jack Daniels. Find a hot red-headed female not named Hartnell or Giroux and get lucky. Turn up the Stones. Continue mass consumption.

Pittsburgh (apparently) --- Have bowl of Lucky Charms. Watch Pens game on TV. Buy a snazzy "O'Crosby" t-shirt from nhl.com to add to collection.

By the way, love when a team gets this hot in regular season instead of playoffs....see you next month guys.

Philly fans celebrate St Patrick's Day pretty much the same:

Get stupid drunk, vomit on a kid at a sporting event and then get thrown in jail.

LOL...NO.

Your team choked a big one today. The flyers are terrible in day games, they played like crap for 2 periods and gave the pens a 2 goal lead. And the Pens choked it up and lost. Good 3rd period...happy to see Scotty Hartnell get the game winner,especially after that gutless puke Kunitz did to him while he was down on the ice. That guy will get the sh1t beat out of him next time the 2 teams play.

So who should be scared Solty ? I watched a full Pens line-up against half a Flyers line-up that only showed up today for one period yet still won. Somebody should be scared but it ain't me. Looked like a frustrated bunch of Pens leaving the ice without their winning streak this afternoon. BWAHAHAHAHA

BTW where is the Flyers-Pens thread for today ? I saw your buddy made one after the Pens-Rangers and Pens-Devils games but none today ??? LMAO What happened, his "phone" die or something ?

LOL it's all good. Since there are only 7 or 8 of us that regularly post in the hockey forum we can't have anyone getting too offended. Solty and I have been at each other since Crosby entered the league. Used to be a lot of Crosby vrs. Ovie stuff too but the Caps representation is dormant this year.
