Got this message today.

"I am so excited that I won XXXXXXXXXX from you. Please give me your address so I can mail my payment out to you on April 8. Also sellers like to get 5's on their DSRs, I like to get extra cards. A free jersey card of Marian Gaborik would go a long way toward getting that 5-5-5-5."

My response:

"I only accept paypal, please remit it within in three days of the day you won the auctions, which was a week and a half ago, which makes you late."

I'd say report him for feedback/DSR extortion but he's an NPB. Close the lid, pull the handle, flush.

eBay just doesn't tAke care of their sellers. You can only give positive feedback or none at all, as long as buyer pays theres no strike against them although they can screw you with neg feedback even if transaction goes smoothly. Would definitely like buyers name to add to the ol block list

Well what a surprise, member is now a NARU and eBay is telling me this guy was bidding fraudulently.

In all fairness, I do 500 transactions a quarter and only one or two ever go south. If you had a store and out of 500 customers only one or two of them were dickheads who cost you money, you wouldn't worry too much about it.

I hate collection agencies but man ebay has an opening to add a ton more jobs to our country by starting their own collection agency, start making their own TOS work for the sellers when buyers "make mistakes", or just don't feel like paying, or their "kids" bid.

A contract is a contract right.

KMD, this thread gave me that idea. They just need to add some coding or a link or a button to press to go after fools like this, NPB stikes and threats only seem go to so far. How sweet would that be?
