Blues had a little meltdown after the Pietrangelo hit and it cost them the game. LA is a damn good hockey team right now. Quick is out of his mind. Can't believe that King only got a minor and not a major penalty, but then again this is NHL officiating we're talking about

Another convincing win by the wears of the crown. 2 down, 2 to go.

Kings look pretty unstoppable right now - Hitchcock's line about the knockout punch proved prophetic!

Damn straight! Now it's 3 down, and 1 to go. The great thing is that Quick is getting a lot of support and it seems that a few different players each night are helping win each game. One night it is Brown, the next it's Kopitar, the next it's Doughty and so on and so forth. That is what you want from your team

Kings look fantastic. My Blues are learning a hard lesson about the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Missed the game last night, but this has to be the most physical series going on right now. So many hits, fights, tempers from both sides.

Not having seen too many Blues games this year, I am surprised at how little offense they have shown in this series, I know they Won a lot of games on Goaltending alone, but they have some scorers in that lineup that are not producing. And is Halak injured?
That said the Kings have shown a balanced attack, and with UMASS Alum Quick in Net, they look like the team to beat in the West!

Yeah, Halak is gone for the whole series...he wasn't even in LA with the team. But yes, they made it through the season pretty much on defense and goaltending. Backes, Perron, and Oshie have all been pretty non-existent in the post-season. Even in the series against SJ, the Blues "big" scorers were quiet. If McDonald wouldn't have stepped up in that series they probably wouldn't have even won. They are playing like the Blues of old against the Kings.

Not having seen many Blues Games this year, but knowing how strong they were at home this year, it appears they have forgot how to play with any intensity!

The Kings have that little extra jump in there step today, and as I'm typing St. Louis just got a great goal from Shattenkirk to tie this game.
If the Blues can get this series back home, they could make this a series

Dustin Brown is RED HOT what a beautiful shot on that last Goal, this guy can Skate, Score & Hit with the best of them! He has been the difference along with Quick so far in this series.

Kings with the sweep!!!! They finally got a chance to shine for a national audience today, and everyone had a chance to see a fantastic team take down another regular season giant. The secret is now out......the Kings are a force to be reckoned with. GO KINGS GO!!!!!!!

I like how watching the pregame and postgame, everybody seems to get credit except Kopitar. He only has one less point than Brown and they play on the same line with him feeding Dustin on most plays. I heard Doughty and Richards names also given credit without honorable mention for Anze. It's okay though as it keeps his cards affordable.

Next round is going to be the one that makes Anze a star
