why is the black parallel numbered to 5? Those are usually 1/1's.

We used to think the multi-color pieces were the rarer hard to find ones.
Now the reverse is true.
There is actually like almost a whole row(or 2) of exactly identical patches as UD used the border of a number coming down. These cards are actually nicer when they use chunks of the team logo - looks like UD didnt do that for those shown too bad.
I got Crosby Cup auto patches that are one color - from number or belly of penguin.. guess I can try to think I have rarer versions than I thought....... .

I like that throw back Nugg! I didnt get to buy any of the Cup from back then, and did get my first boxes last year. I cant wait to try a box, or two. Hope I get some good hits this yr. Did okay last year, but traded most of the hits. Love to hit some Pens this year!! Do you guys when its coming out???

That is why I am confused. They have never had a black parallel for rookies that have a patch and auto, they are usually 1/1 parallels with no auto/patch.

Plus it is numbered to five - it must be something new, and I don't like it because it looks too much like the RAP.

Seems like the /99's are going for around ~$2500. Prices should come down eventually since there seems to be a good supply of sick 3 colors. I'm looking at getting a /93 3-4 color for around $1200.

The Taylor hall 99/99 sold for almost 4 grand I believe.

Paid premium I think, but it's a sick patch even if it's 2 color. I'm a weirdo and wanted this one more than a 4 color

I thought the first $2500 BIN would be the most one sells for, they're going up since then, a $3000 BIN just sold! Not a special patch either.
