Default Big Thumbs Up to Upper Deck!
Last year I bought a box of cards for each of my daughters. Each box had an HD #/10.

Kara's box had Claude Giroux's in it and Mellie's had Linus Omark.

For whatever reason, the Omark was folded in half and I requested a replacement. I mentioned that Melody was a Flyer fan and if they could not replace Omark she would be happy with a similar Flyer card. Today an HG #4/10 of Scott Hartnell came.

Happy doesn't describe it. Pictures to come.

No it was an HG Hartnell #4/10. She called her grandmother and bragged about her luck.

Thats what im saying you sent in a Young guns HG of Omark for a base HG of Hartnell?
I dont think thats fair if so. I'd call UD again

Nah, they're both pretty good at taking card of their cards. It came out of the pack creased and folded. It was genuinely odd. I've never seen that before. UD told me that they had heard of a couple of cards coming back with this problem this year.

No it was 2011-12 UD Series 1. Omark wasn't a rookie this year. It was one base HG for another.

... and she's been taught that there is never, ever, ever a reason to root for Boston. However she is free to laugh at the Bruins Bear commercials and billboards, they are priceless.
