Default Just asked for a refund for my Flyers season tickets

I let them hold my money long enough, I don't think there will be a season and there is no point on letting them hold on to my money.

Sucks because I love hockey, even if they have a season I can't see it being more then a 40 game regular season.

Coming from one Flyers fan to another, it's a real shame. The only thing we can do as fans is to resist the urge & boycott anything NHL / NHLPA made. On another note, I think the Flyers have an incredible future assuming we ever drop the puck again :P

I hope everyone, including the corporations with the luxury boxes would start doing this and fast.

That would probably ruin Snider's honeymoon. Supposedly he is getting married AGAIN. Guess even he had too much time on his hands with no hockey being played.

You lasted a lot longer than my family did with our tickets. After about 3 weeks of the season were cancelled, my dad pulled all of his money out of his Devils plan.

Damn shame, I really miss hockey right now. The Jets are killing me and I'm getting far too excited about MLB hot stove cause I have nothing else!

I agree, as far as the future I am hope this year counts towards Bryz's contract. What a train wreck he is.

I had a 10 game pack for the Sens, and I got my money back around a month ago. At that point there was still a chance for a season, but I wasn't very optimistic. It sucks that stuff like this has to keep happening.

Good on you for getting your money back.

I'll disagree with that , BUT! I do hope this counts towards everyone's contract so we can finally toss out those $6MIL++ deals that Briere & Timonen hold. They're only worth about $3.5 a piece now AT BEST. Plus it would clear cap room for G's huge payraise and one-way contracts for B. Schenn, Coots, Read, etc.

I really can't believe the NHL has done this to the fans not once but twice in 1 decade.

the owners and players are idiotic. fehr and bettman both have go to. like you said, the nhl should have learned after the last strike back in 2005. i am a huge redwings fan but honestly, i could care less if the cancel the season.

technically there has been 4 work stoppages (1992,94-95,04-05 and now this currently disaster) over the last 20 yrs, over roughly the window in which card collecting has expanded and grown............really sad that we have to endure this silliness about every 5 years............
