eBay seller on this listing describes item as real authentic card turned into a magnet, but his is the response from him when I questioned it

Those fridge magnets have been on there for eons...so long that I think everyone totally ignores them.

But reading the items description says he guarantees it to be a real auto

yeah, i would report it as a misleading description to commit fraud, false claim, etc
let ebay decide what to do with it, but you must report it first
