Just starting to get into the NHL after the lockout, and was gonna try to bust a box of something to get my interest going.
I don't want to spend that much obviously, probably no more than $60ish. What do you suggest? Contenders, Elite, Pinnacle all looked interesting?? Thanks for the input.

You will get a lot more bang for your buck opening an older product, rather than current release.
In my opinion, all of this year's products are pretty lame. 93-94 UD Hockey is probably my favorite set from the 90's, and you can get boxes for about $10 each. 08-09 OPC is quite nice if you want something from the last few years that has all of the modern superstars. |

Depends of what you like, hits or quantity.
In the last 2 years, Hits: Contenders 11-12 (50$-60$) Quantity: OPC 12-13 (50$-60$) If god send you money: UDGU 12-13 (120$) Hits are too sick (about 25 cards in a box, 5 hits in) Let us know |
