Do you all think this is a good deal. (3) Claude Giroux 2008-09 The Cup Rookie Auto/Patch /249 for 1300.00...I would be the buyer. All are mint and all have three different colors. It seems like a good deal, but really want to know what you all think. any thoughts would be great..positive or negative.

I don't know much about hockey so I can't help you with your question, but do you have pics of them?

no I don't. I mean I have seen the pics, and frankly they ar ein really great shap and awesome patches

3 for 1300 is about market price I'd say based of past sales, maybe a little higher than most sales but if they are in as good of shape as you say and colorful it's probably pretty close to market.

If it's for resale you're buying them there is possibility for price increase given that Giroux is now captain of a big market team but at the same time knowing the front office Giroux could be shipped out to a new city like richards and carter were two offseasons ago.

If for personal collection can't really go wrong although they may be a little overpriced, hard to say without pictures of them.

Overall I wouldn't really call it a great deal but to score three of any rookie cup auto patch cards of a player of that calliber is a pretty solid opportunity if you're up for it. This is coming from a big Giroux fan though.

well I was actually able to get them for 1200, i actually think it was a good deal a some room for profit

He has all the criteria to be a big seller in the hobby :

He's Canadian
Huge Market Team
Tremendous Talent

All he needs to do is put up big numbers.
