Default Pens vs. Caps

Watching this game and realizing the importance of every game in this short season, it really shows just how important Goaltending is and the Caps have some major issues in Goal!

LOL. Caps are brutal. I'll try to make this short. When you fill your roster with vanilla players (Crabb, Wolski, Johannson, Shultz, Beagle, Brouwer, Fehr, etc.), you should expect vanilla play. Ovechkin was figured out two years ago and has yet to redefine how he plays. Green's beard isn't hiding how unbelievably soft he is. Hendricks is a terrible fighter that willingly gets beat up to "get the guys going." No leadership. No direction. Time for a new GM; and I'd personally sell Ovechkin while he still has value.

This game was getting so hard to watch I actually started to watch the Celtics/Clippers game, and I'm not a Basketball Fan!

Caps would fit in well in NBA. No wonder Hunter didn't want to stick around. How can George McPhee put together a team like this, he was such a hard nosed tough player and he puts together this team that is as boring and soft as they come.

Has nothing to do with the players, its all OAT's fault he has no clue what he is doing.

Also the guys you mention above have been on the team for yrs and they were winning so not sure why you think this has anything to do with there issues so far.

All soft boring players, do you really need the same type player filling your roster.
