Default Upper Deck The Cup Replacent Question

I am sending back this damaged card back to Upper Deck for a replacement.

Bobby Orr Stanley Cup Signatures /50

Most of the damage is on the back of the card.

The card books for $250. So that should be my replacement value.

These are the products or players I asked for. Do you guys think they are plausable replacements?

1 Sealed Tin of 08/09 The Cup (Factory cost is $236 so I think thats a fair trade)

Any of these players:

Sidney Crosby
Alexander Ovechkin
Wayne Gretzky
Gordie Howe
Patrick Roy
Martin St. Louis
Vincent Lecavalier

Willing to bet that they send you a St. Louis or Vinny. Why would you include them when you can potentially get a bigger name guy that would sell for much higher than either of those 2?

St. Louis or Lecavalier would go to the PC. They would have to send me multiple cards of theirs to make up for this one. Their Cup cards don't book for much.

They will not send you unopened wax. Only Topps seems to do that.

I am sure since the card has high BV you should get something decent as a replacement.

Thats fine!....LOL.

The CSR at Upper Deck Jamie that I spoke with said that they most likely don't have any in stock and to add a list of replacements I would be interested in.

I guess only time will tell.
