BAP auto question.....

Who produces the BAP cards and where are they, as far as, low end vs. high end?

Looking at this card specifically...

2005/06 St. Louis, Richards, Lecavalier BAP Triple Auto - eBay (item 370063744807 end time Dec-17-09 09:23:47 PST)

Upper deck bought the rights for the brand a few years back if I remember correctly. I'd consider the set as medium-low.
