Default 2013-14 hockey releases

the draft looks to be amazingly "solid" is this the coming year when we see hockey cases doubling in price like some baseball-football-basketball cases have within a year of release

Just be cautious of releases that release only this year's rookies without the draft rookies(cough...Panini Score) and wait for the better dual rookie releases.

UD series 1 and 2 should be stellar buys this year though.

That's what guys were saying about Panini basketball products this year as well....remember, when a company loses a year of revenue from a product, they have to make double the revenue the next year = buyer beware.

See 05/06 for an idea what might happen
however
dealers might stock up on the earlier products
and
new usps prices might hurt sales on the cheaper products

the NBA draft classes were horrible

this NHL dual class are tons better
the coming draft could be one of the best of the decade?

Not really sure how Kyrie Irving, Damian Lillard, Anthony Davis, Kenneth Faried are "horrible" but ok.

The good difference between basketball and hockey is thst there is competition. Panini won't be able to as easily water down their hockey products because of UD.

I'm still wondering what THIS years rookie redemptions are going to be for, is the Edmonton redemption actually going to be Nail Yakupov, will the Panthers be Huberdeau!

I guess we will all have to wait and see, now a shameless 'plug' check out my ebay as I am selling a limited Edmonton Rookie Redemption!

Upper Deck Series 1 has a chance to be one of the best products ever.

I think both Series 1 & 2 will be equally loaded, they are going to hold back a good portion of marquee rookies for Series 2 as they have enough in both seasons to make two solid releases.

you have 5 good rc's in a 2 year draft.you have 100 rc's in their product and a 5% chance of hitting one of the good guys.
