UD actually listened to me for once.....

Had been waiting for quite a while for a Jean Beliveau auto and a Noah Welch auto patch out of 06-07 SPA. Called UD and asked for a decent substitute since I was tired of waiting. In the past they would ask who you wanted or what team you wanted and just send you anything they felt like. This time I said I liked the Pens and would like something auto'd by Sid or even Malkin in exchange. For the first time ever I can actually say I don't feel boned by UD in an exchange because much to my surprise this came in the mail today -

I am waiting on my replacements for the Radulov/Arnott Dual Auto Shield Cup.
It supposedly shipped on the 26th of Jan and I have not seen it. I have called a few times and they have some stupid a$$ policy that they can't give out tracking info until 21 days after it says shipped. It has been 20 days and I have to wait till Monday to call and then who knows what they are going to say or how long it is going to take to actually get some cards.

Not to throw a wrench in your monkey works.. but if UD takes monday off for the holiday you won't be able to find out til Tuesday. Not only that but the post offices will be closed on Monday. I'd complain some more and try to get that info TODAY!
