Was looking on ebay for today for any good buys for hockey cards. Came across a card i'm thinking i should have bought. I came acroos a 2006-07 Cup Sidney Crosby quad auto patch card #ed 9/10 with a BIN price of $897. It had just under an hour to go with no bids and the opening bid started out at $597.50 and no reserve. I did a search on ebay to see what they have been selling for. I found the exact same card, #ed 10/10 sell 6 days earlier. It sold for $1127.01. I couldn't make up my mind on whether to bid on the card I found for $597.50, but someone else did with a minute to go. They ended up picking up the card for $597.50. Thats over $500 cheaper then the exact same card sold 6 days ago. Amazing how 2 of they same cards can sell for such a huge difference in price. Really starting to think I should have tried to get it! And there's really no difference in the quad patches between the 2 cards.
Here are the item #'s if anybody would like to see 180145093448 260147363537 |

That is one advantage of doing buy it now w/best offers. It takes atleast 2 people to bid it up on an auction but only one person to put a GOOD offer in. You should have went after it. Good luck on the next one you see.
