No doubt but when 1 player is hooking the other's stick and it comes down it should not be called if you don't call it for the guy who hooked the stick to begin with.

It's funny, You know if the calls were the other way you would be the one complaining as well. Don't deny it.

This works both ways. Because if the calls where the other way around you would be defending the calls.

Not necessarily cause Rangers fans aren't defending the calls so why would I if it was other way?

Even if I seen it I would stop posting about it cause we all know flyers can do no "right" and Rangers NEVER commit a penalty lol. But seriously it's a joke.

so do you want to talk about the fact that twice on that 3rd goal the Rangers touched the puck and play should have been stopped but wasn't?

I know its supposed to be control but i've seen play stopped plenty of times for just a touching of the puck

NHL needs to go back to school on their own rules cause they never seem to enforce them when they should and let plays go when they shouldn't.

Terrible mistake by the Rangers to take a too-many-men call at the end.

Sealed their fate.

The rule was properly enforced in this case, so your complaint should be less about that and more about previous inconsistent officiating. There's also a bit of grey area with possession since it's at least partly a judgment call.

In general, though, I agree that the officiating is horribly inconsistent.

Emery to start game 3, Mason still hurt.

Makes me think that this may have been the kind of upper-body injury that included getting his bell rung.

If you watch much Flyers hockey you'd know Rinaldo isn't just a scumbag any more. Most nights he lays some great checks, forechecks well and flys down the ice with no fights. He draws many penalties simply because he crushes guys and they don't like that. Most nights that's it. Once every 10 games or so he does something stupid though. But he takes more scumbag crap than he gives cause guys don't like being hit by him and go after him them. I think Hartnell does more scumbag crap than Rinaldo, he just gets away with it.

All im going to say about tonight's game is that for the 2 Diving calls that went against the Rangers in Game 2 How McDonald hasn't been called on either of the Puliot calls is beyond me.

Add in the missed trip on the Flyers goal right after they called the same thing on the Rangers is just awful Officiating

Like diving for a boarding call? Oh wait that was a POS in blue. Non-call on that Coots play was blatant bad officiating. Rangers got a lot of help in the first but none of it helped them take the period IMO.

Diving on that cross check are you f'ing kidding? Considering the acting jobs on the boarding and high sticking call you are obviously an ultra homer.

Lets not talk about diving. Mcdonald would fall down if a 90 year old women bumped into him.

Speaking of bumping into him. I really liked Schenn staking into Boyle because he wasn't watching then looking at the Ref asking where the call was.

same thing as diving when your being cross-checked from behind? or is it different for Flyers?
