ugh... Fleury has been playing great but that was a bad goal.

Pens really needed to score on that PP.

it ain't over yet.

nice goal by Kunitz. Now they just need to hold onto this 2 goal lead.

He doesn't suck. The Rangers suck in general, every good player we get can never produce in MSG

He sucks

19 GP, 1 SHG, 7 A, 2.7% shot pct in reg season

Yeah, 2 G, 4 A in 10 playoff games, but he lacks any toughness or physicality anymore

Only 4 shots allowed in the 3rd by the Pens. Very happy with the defensive effort.

Can you please tell me his stats this season before coming to the Rangers? Thank you, for proving my point....

This is one time I REALLY wish I was wrong. Unbelievable that Nash, St. Louis & Stepan have a COMBINED 0 POINTS in this series so far. When will the Rangers pay money for somebody who can not only help us get to the playoffs, but help us make noise in the playoffs!

Don't know if anyone was watching the CBC broadcast tonight, but Bob Cole was absolutely horrible. Went on for ten or so minutes about how the Rangers need to win (thinking this was it if they lost) and seemed to get the teams confused. Terrible, really bad stuff from the greatest of all time.

Really good defensive performance (again) for the Pens. I'd say great, but they gave up a few odd-man rushes. Still, can't argue with 15 shots allowed. Fleury gave up a bad goal, but big deal - all goalies do that. The good news for the Pens is that he didn't give up another bad one after that, which was the problem in past playoffs. He really looks like a different goalie this year - I'm reaching for my wallet, but I'm not quite ready to buy in just yet. The goal by Kunitz was an absolute backbreaker, the kind a team absolutely CANNOT allow after they've just scored to make it a one goal game.

The Rangers look spent. I'd be surprised if they extend the series past Friday night.

Just got an alert from NHL.com that Marty St. Louis mother passed away unexpectedly at 63 years old.

You have to feel for this poor guy who not only has been getting hammered by the Rangers fan base but now having to deal with the loss of his mother just hours before a huge game.

I believe the Rangers could come back and win this, just gotta stop giving Pitts 5 breakaways per game.

Let's go Rangers!

Hope Marty can score a goal tonight feel sorry for the guy.

Also on another note did anyone here the crowd boo'ing Nash the other night? Don't know how I felt about that.

It will be tough coming back from being down 3-1. If it goes 7 the Pens have 2 more games on home ice. The Rangers have their backs against the wall and its not looking good.

Do you think Marty plays tonight? Im not sure if he will be in the right mind set to even think about hockey honestly. I know when my mom passed away 6 years ago, my mind was not with it.

while i'm happy with the 3-1 lead, i'm not taking anything for granted. Rangers could definitely come back. but the Pens have just put together their best 3 game streak yet... hopefully they carry that momentum into tonight's game and end it.

should be a good one.

I think Marty plays because he's a Vet and knows how important it is for him to be in the lineup. *Knock on wood* I know if my mom died I wouldn't be in a great mind set but I'd go out their and leave it all on the ice for her, I know that's what she would want.

The Rangers have got caught up thinking instead of just playing, and every year we go Into this mode for about 3-5 games where nothing works and everyone starts going crazy, they just have to get back to skating and winning the battles. I'm not saying it will happen but if the Rangers win tonight in my mind theirs no way this doesn't go to game 7. Then anything can happen there.

Marty is a Veteran pro and we all remember what Brett Favre did under the same circumstances, St. Louis will be playing with a heavy heart and an additional purpose.

I feel the team will rally around him and you should see a somewhat rested and emotional Rangers team tonight.

I did not take into account that Sunday is Mothers day, damn that's tough! The Rangers will make an announcement at 5:00 PM on his status the team has said he has flown home to Montreal so it looks like he will be out.
