Sergei Fedorov Playoff One on One

Have a question about this card.

I don't do much hockey, but I have a few of this card. It is a 1996-97 Playoff One on One. I am just how collectible this card is? There are older ones on Ebay, but none like this. It has a decent book value, but I am not sure it would sell.

Is that one a gold? I think all of mine are green. Don't think there is much resale value in them now (given the quanity I got from a guy I know, I presume back in the day these were fairly hot).
