05/06 Parkhurst--Hobby or Retail?

I want to make a couple of sets of this. It's really inexpensive right now. I like the way the cards look, and since it had been gone from the hobby for a while, and 06/07 has a different look/theme, I was thinking it may become more desireable in the future.

My question is, how was the coallation? I seem to remember someone saying retail was awful, but I'm not certain.
Second question, did UD ever release info on how many autos were made of the SP's, like Crosby. I've only seen 2 Crosby's on the Bay (although I haven't watched continuously

).

Go with the hobby, they did a real slipshod job on the retail but the hobby gets you 1 SP a pack and sometimes 2 autos. They SP'd Crosby, but they didn't SP Ovechkin, so if you hit Crosby you can pretty much finish the auto set.

I tried to get a Crosby auto last year, but it passed $230 and I let it go. Kind of regret that one now.

Also in the hobby case you get one of those crazy 8 jersey cards, retail you probably don't.

Thanks KMD, that's what I needed to know. I just noticed the Crosby rookie is selling for over $30--nutty.

Should get 4 or 5 in case, its a pretty good rip. Even the Crosby league leaders cards get a few bucks.

retail sucked so bad. go with hobby. the 8 jersey cards are nice and really valuable. plus 1-2 autos a box and sid/ovie/phaneuf/ect rookies. can't loose on it i think. wished i had some money to get a case to rip.
