Default the market is really soft now

How pathetic is it that I bought a three-tin case of the cup from 05-06, and hit a Crosby autograph one of one printing plate, and only made $110.00 on the case. I mean, I can accept gambling on high-end stuff and coming up empty. But what I can't accept is "hitting the jackpot" and having the jackpot not be that great to where the risk wasn't and isn't worth it.

Not good -- other than bowman chrome baseball, it seems as if everything is down these days.

Tim,

I know what you mean. I have watched Phil Kessel Cup Rcs plunge in price. I also just got my 2 Alexander Radulov Cup /99 Rcs in and am afraid to sell them. I paid about $2250 for the pair and I got a 1 Color and a 3 Color for my redemptions.
I may have to just wait for the season and hope they sell for more than I paid.

as I stated in an earlier post-things have not even hit rock bottom, just wait till FB starts this coming weekend and once the NFL gets going- watch out below. It is a buyers market for sure even on Cup Multi colored patch RC cards. Most amazing in my mind is that UD will go much of the upcoming season and not release (or seriously delay) a decent product; image if they got a Cup or Ultimate type product out during the "season" (Oct-April); heck they have done it each of the last two seasons, can you say "hat trick"..........

You guys need to cool your jets, August is not the time to sell hockey cards. I have been and am still loading up for the season. I doubt I will do any hockey sales other than a case break of Fleer Ultra before Mid-October, but I'm pretty close to getting out of selling entirely.
